Timothy S.

I am writing this reference letter in regards to Brittney Howard. My experience with Brittney is
as a nurse’s aid that was sent in to my house to help with the personal care of my 90-year-old bed bound mother. The time window was from April 24 to late spring of 25. Her schedule was 40 hours per week.
My experience is she was professional, prompt, courteous, and driven to provide the best possible patient care possible. She was a reliable and results-oriented individual, consistently exceeding expectations in their role.
Some examples of her exceeding expectations are she could visualize herself in the patient’s world and correct small issues most people would not pick up on such as cleaning the picture window my mom looked thru at least half of her day out of her hospital bed. She would disinfect every surface, remote control and door handle that could be used by mom or any of the many new people that come in my house daily since I moved my mother in my house.
If you are looking for a candidate who is hardworking, dependable, and possesses excellent problem-solving skills, I highly encourage you to consider Brittney for the role. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you require further insights.
Sincerely,

TIMOTHY S.
